Generals Rules (Read before to post)

This forum is subjected to certain rules which should make it possible to preserve a good mood on the forum. If there is no respect with these rules, that will succeed to a warning and according to gravity, it will be a direct banishment

1.A respect and courtesy are required between the members, not remarks insulting, racist, xenophobe etc...

2.No flood or spam

3.not SMS language

4.Try to post in good the headings and in the event of error you will be able to always correct your message with the "editer" command

4bis. Don't answer at the very old message (no activity during 6 month/1 year)

5.not peer 2 peer links and no ask roms

6.Not personnal conversation, use the MP

7.If you post pictures in the heading "Arts", do not post them in the big size, use the Thumbmail link.

8. If you post pictures coming from the site http://kawaiidream.net, specify the source and avoid to post of the whole series.

10. Don't ask to enter in the VIP heading with my release of my creation mugen, only member with big confiance can access.

We reserve ourselves (me and moderators) the rights to remove or to modify subjects if the latter do not seem correct.
